Since the previous reporting process was entirely manual, we subsequently implemented a data warehouse-based solution that enables automated report preparation and population. Initial Situation

Approach
We took over report preparation at short notice while simultaneously implementing a data warehouse-based solution. Relevant data is loaded in a structured manner, automatically processed, and then transferred to reports. This centralizes KPI logic and calculations in the database, making repeatable processes significantly more efficient.
Post-Project Support
After implementing the solution, we continued to support the system usage and still assist today with adjustments, extensions, and new requirements.
