Following the departure of the responsible controller in the Private Equity - Real Estate division, we took over the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports at short notice. Since the previous reporting process was entirely manual, we subsequently implemented a data warehouse-based solution that enables automated report preparation and population. We remain available for support and adjustments even after project completion.

Initial Situation

Due to the departure of the responsible controller, reporting had to be secured at short notice. The preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports could not be delayed or compromised in quality.

Approach

We took over report preparation at short notice while simultaneously implementing a data warehouse-based solution. Relevant data is loaded in a structured manner, automatically processed, and then transferred to reports. This centralizes KPI logic and calculations in the database, making repeatable processes significantly more efficient.

Post-Project Support

After implementing the solution, we continued to support the system usage and still assist today with adjustments, extensions, and new requirements.
