Development of an Automated Reporting System for the Client

The client commissioned us to build an automated reporting system that delivers recurring reports reliably, consistently, and efficiently. The foundation is automatic data processing, where relevant information is captured, processed, and made available for evaluation in a structured database. Based on this, key performance indicators (KPIs) are automatically calculated, prepared, and displayed in clear reports.

From an initial version, we subsequently developed a highly specialized application optimally tailored to the individual requirements and processes of the client. To ensure high data quality, validation routines were integrated that actively support users in ensuring completeness, consistency, and traceability of the data. Deviations or inconsistencies are detected early and displayed transparently.

Furthermore, the application was designed to be flexibly extensible, allowing future requirements – such as adding additional KPIs or data sources – to be easily accommodated. We remain available to the client as a reliable partner for further development, adjustments, and new business and technical challenges.
